While our mentors are high school volunteers, they offer your student a relatable role model to look up to. They can help you navigate the process of learning an instrument by helping to find opportunities, especially in families where your student is the only musician. Our volunteers are skilled and carefully vetted to ensure a positive music experience. Taking free lessons could simply be a time to practice with a practice buddy to give your student some extra motivation to pursue their passion.
